How does Virtual Design Work?
Who: This design package is for you if you like a project! You have ideas but don’t know how to create a complete look
After you select the Virtual Design Package thats right for you, you will be fill out the Virtual Design Intake Form with details about your project. Once submitted we will send you an invoice to submit payment and a link to schedule your 60 minute kick off video consultation.
During your consultation call, we will go over your needs in detail and make sure we are on the same page as far as design direction. You can ask questions, bounce ideas around to determine the right concept for your space We can work with existing furniture already in your space or come up with a completely new look. What ever you feel is right for you!
After your consultation we will get to work!
At the end of the design process your virtual design project your deliverables will include the following:
A detailed floor plan - usually not included with a Kitchen or Bathroom Refresh
Inspiration Images
Design Board showing finishes & furniture
Shopping list to purchase applicable finishes, furniture, lighting & accessories
Key elevations (if applicable for hanging art & accessories
This package includes one round of revisions. If additional revisions are required, time will be billed at the rate of $100 an hour.

1. In-depth Consultation
We will schedule a 60 minute video call to review your project information, discuss needs/wants, goals and establish a clear direction for the project.

2. Create a Unique Design
We will take the information gained in our Consultation call and create a unique design for your space including a floor plan and design concept board.
At this point we will set up a 30 minute video call to review and gain approval to proceed with developing the design.

3. Source Finishes & Furniture
Once we have alignment on the concept we will select finishes, furniture and accessories that fit your style and budget.

4. Deliver Virtual Design Package
We will deliver a complete Virtual Design Package including any floor plans with key dimensions, key elevations for hanging heights, shopping list (including links) of finishes, furniture and accessories for you to purchase.
