Julie Moss is a hospitality designer director with 15 years of experience creating guest-centered spaces for global hotel brands and high-end corporate environments. After nearly a decade with Las Vegas Sands designing luxury suites, spas, fitness centers, and F&B spaces around the world—and another seven years leading amenity design for the Irvine Company in Southern California—she stepped away from corporate life in search of more freedom, creativity, and balance in life.
Now traveling the country as a digital nomad, Julie brings her deep knowledge of the hospitality world and firsthand STR experience to hosts who are looking to uplift their properties to with intentional and functional design creating a truly memorable experience for guests. Having stayed in her fair share of poorly appointed rentals, she’s passionate about helping hosts create spaces that elicit longer stays, space for deeper connections, where all the guests needs have been thought of ahead of time.
Through Studio On The Bow, she combines her design expertise with her love of flexible, seasonal living to help hosts elevate their listings with thoughtful details, comfortable functionality, and a guest-first mindset. Her work is rooted in the belief that great design should make travel feel effortless, inspiring, and a little more like real life—no matter how long the stay.
